In the past I used to run too much and too hard. Now I seem to have matured, thus running only as much as I can easily recover from. At the moment this means somewhat 30…40 minutes at 140…150 beats per minute.
The ability to use gps for drawing the routes, invites creativity. Here some of the tracks I have drawn first on paper, then on the tracker:
Unfortunately the gps is not accurately enough for the shapes to be what they were meant to. I assume this is due the buildings I ran in between.
